International shipping charges start from Rs. 9,000 PKR and may vary depending on the order value, with the exact delivery cost displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery time:
Handmade products require extra care and craftsmanship, so delivery may take slightly longer, but we always strive to deliver your desired piece as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the product and location. International orders are typically delivered within 14–18 working days, depending on the destination. Pre-Orders: Products marked “Pre-Order” are scheduled for production but not yet in production, and typically require an additional week for delivery.
3. Return & exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange and refund under the following conditions:
· The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
· The product is returned in its original condition. Make sure you pack the product properly in an appropriate box. We will not accept responsibility if the product gets damaged during the return.
· The customer must pay any difference in price between the original and exchange product before or at the time of delivery.
· Refunds are issued as credits, which can be used anytime to purchase a new product from the Mavenaffair online store.
· The customer will return the product at their own cost unless it has a manufacturing defect.
